Thursday: 6am and 5pm
Saturday:  930am
*each group class is 1-hour long

Keala Kids

Thursday: 1100am-noon

*open and free to all kids 12-18 years of age

 

Open Gym 

Monday & Wednesday: 1pm-4pm

Sunday: 9am-11am

*open gym is for unlimited memberships

Weightlifting

Wednesday & Friday: 6pm-730pm 

*weightlifting is available on space-available basis; inquire with Coach for availability

Drop-In and Visitor Class (Only)/Open Gym

Monday-Friday: 130pm-330pm

*inquire/RSVP with staff before attending
